Job Description

The Project Manager – Digital & Process Transformation will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for a portfolio of projects that promote paperless adoption and digital engagement by partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise, including Enterprise Digital & Analytics, Marketing, Capabilities and Technology, Compliance, and Legal. 

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
  • Develop and lead transformation projects that promote digital engagement and paperless across our Card Member base from the analysis and opportunity identification, strategy development, execution and implementation
  • Identify new opportunities for process transformation by analyzing the data available in the data repositories (i.e., Cornerstone or Teradata) and assessing existing processes and customer journeys.  Using this analysis, develop the supporting business case to quantify the total benefits (e.g., financial metrics, user engagement, etc.)
  • Develop the strategy and approach for an identified opportunity/project, structure the overall project and develop compelling business cases and presentations to build support for the initiative
  • Create and maintain project management tools to effectively deliver the project on-time and provide appropriate oversight and transparency to their leadership. (e.g., roadmaps, detailed project plans, executive updates, status reports, etc.)

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Strong project manager and experience using project management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating documents and presentations for executive leadership
  • Strong relationship management skills and working effectively across Business Partners and other key stakeholders (Capabilities, Digital, Marketing, Technology, Compliance, Legal, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Undergraduate degree in related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience
  • MBA, Masters of Information Systems or equivalent
  • Prior people leadership experience managing project managers or business analysts
  • Product Management experience
  • Experience drafting business requirements
  • Working knowledge of MS Access, SQL, SAS, Hive beneficial
  • Management consulting experience or equivalent
  • Experience in process analysis and redesign
  • Skilled in documenting process flows (Visio, etc.)
