Assistant Manager, Prospect Marketing - Digital

The Prospect Marketing team is responsible for acquiring customers and driving Demand Generation, by consistently delivering quality warm leads, improving conversion and pipeline velocity, working closely with the sales teams. The team embodies a fast paced and dynamic culture, operates nimbly and embraces team work, accountability, flexibility and a will to win attitude.
This position will be responsible for leading the Digital Channel within the Prospect Marketing team, driving channel strategy, implementation and measurement plus bring in digital capabilities to accelerate acquisition.
Key features of the role include:
Set the strategy for Prospect Site experience, manage end-to-end prospect journey and lead submission on Amex.com optmizing site structure. Create a robust backend working with global teams.
Responsible for SEO and Organic lead submission growth on Amex.com
Manage marketing execution for digital close/application submission experience including paper & e-application.
Build an integrated marketing mix including campaign development across digital marketing channels (email, PPC, social, display, nurturing and retargeting) to drive online traffic and leads.
Manage and lead digital campaign execution with an aim to effectively generate and nurture leads to develop a qualified sales pipeline.
Own content creation strategy and development to build acquisition campaigns on
Reporting and analysis of digital results to optimize and inform future plans. Establish and maintain an end-to-end project view to manage timelines and budgets
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the sales organization, virtual teams and other lines of businesses (legal, compliance, acquisition, account development, regional marketing)
Strategic thinking & effectiveness – ability to interpret business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and think through the end-to-end experience.
Ability to drive results with a focus on commercial outcomes with demonstrated results. Ensuring that initiatives are measurable, reportable, and provide that reporting in a timely and relevant manner.
A collaborative style of doing business - ability to influence, gain support, resolve conflict and work in a matrix organization. In particular drive tight engagement across sales & marketing.
Strong digital marketing + B2B marketing experience
Channel and budget management experience, including proven ability to deliver on time & within budget.
Strong Analytical and Data capabilities - Undertake ongoing campaign analysis to monitor marketing channel performance and ROI on investments. As well as deliver regular reporting updates to senior leadership
A high personal accountability which leads to strong experience in driving results.
