This Analyst role in Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our existing suite of project tools, dashboards, and reporting.  As part of the TLS organization the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate outstanding SharePoint skills (Including building highly customized tools and pages using HTML, CSS, & JavaScript technologies), as well as a broad understanding of project management fundamentals and methodologies, financial/non-financial benefits tracking, resourcing and reporting.  These skills will be essential for the incoming Analyst to be able to join the team and immediately begin maintaining the current environment.

 

The candidate will:

  • Exhibit exceptional technical ability, an advanced working knowledge of SQL/SharePoint/HTML/JS/CSS is essential
  • Be able to build strong relationships within a global organization to ensure that deliverables meet/exceed the customer expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Partner closely with the existing team to assist in the delivery of solutions that can be implemented across all areas of the organization
  • Develop and execute innovative solutions to solve business problems

Qualifications

 

Required skills:

  • Experience of designing relational databases, SharePoint sites, and complex SharePoint Workflows
  • Strong programming ability in SQL and JavaScript
  • User Interface and ergonomics design experience
  • Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills
  • The ability to drive results, with an emphasis on delivering multiple solutions to tight deadlines
  • Experience of creating advanced analytics and dashboards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders
