Project Management Analyst

The role of the Global Corporate Services Integration (GCSI) is to define and execute Global / Regional initiatives, optimizes process, improves efficiency and enables the call center to deliver excellent Commercial Clients and Card member experience. The team is responsible for deliverables across all commercial segments.

The Project Analyst (Project Management Lead) is responsible for leading projects end to end across the corporate portfolio as well as defining, partnering, and executing capabilities changes.


Specifically, the incumbent will be:

  • Fully accountable for driving projects end to end using rigorous project management methodology to achieve desired results;
  • Taking ownership for all process / project documentation, cost /benefit tracking and project deliverables;
  • Ensuring alignment of expectations, create and maintain buy-in across project teams and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Partnering with Global Commercial Servicng (GCS) in the organization to implement key projects and strategies that enable Corporate Commercial Services to deliver next generation service to our clients;
  • Creating and implementing creative business solutions initiatives that help retain and grow the business;
  • Conducting in-depth analysis to support strategy development & decisions;
  • Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies – seeking, sharing & implementing best practices;
  • Producing structured, regular status updates for all initiatives tailored to various audience levels;
  • Ensuring alignment of expectations, create and maintain buy-in across project teams and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Developing relationships with key stakeholders and business partners across geographies & time zones.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Highly Preferred)
  • Experience within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) space – Non-Negotiable;
  • Flexibility in terms of schedule (Shift will predominantly be at night but weekends and PH holidays will be observed.);
  • Six Sigma (White/Yellow Belt) Certification or Training (Nice To Have);
  • Proven end-to-end project management leadership experience;
  • Top notch presentation skills (face to face & remotely to medium level audiences), and excellent stakeholder management;
  • Superior organization skills with keen attention to details to deliver against timeframes;
  • Self-starter, and should be able to work autonomously and deliver results;
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel & PowerPoint (MS Project & MS Visio);
