Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within a marketing field or recognized body of formal knowledge. This includes knowledge required for complex problems, new project and system development, strategic analysis, etc. Plans for the effective development and implementation of longer-term marketing projects. Requires work prioritization, forecasting, scheduling and coordinating resources within assigned projects. Conducts decision support analysis tasks. Major projects are reviewed in terms of achieving goals, generally over an extended period of time.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Product Strategy and Marketing, as Product Marketing Manager for Accertify, you will be responsible for building Accertify profile in the industry resulting in increased market share, sales growth, and helping the Company achieve its strategic goals. The position will focus on three key areas:
  • Brand awareness across all our geographies - includes the website, social media, events, and PR
  • Sales Enablement – collateral, messaging, and sales support
  • Demand generation – the ability to attract inbound leads and interest
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain messaging and corporate branding, ensuring all marketing assets are consistent with corporate brand guides
  • Work with Sales and Product teams to develop and manage all sales collateral, including datasheets, presentations, videos, and thought leadership. Manage any 3rd party creative agencies
  • Working with the Director to develop a content strategy that positions Accertify as an industry leader and promotes our unique value proposition. Create and manage demand generation, developing campaigns that drive interest and produce leads
  • Own all inbound and outbound marketing activities (virtual events, advertising, email marketing, social media, website, blog, SEO), optimizing each channel to maximize conversions
  • Run our marketing automation instance, currently Pardot, ensuring smooth campaign integration with our CRM (Salesforce.com), manage list and audience segmentations, lead management (capture, scoring, nurture, assignment, attribution), campaign testing and execution, and campaign tracking
  • Manage the company website using Wordpress or equivalent platform, updating content as necessary and working with web provider to optimize website performance. Manage web maintenance relationship
  • Work in conjunction with the Director and PR Agency to develop a cohesive public relations/analyst relations strategy and assist with necessary preapproval and modifications due to feedback
  • Assist with content for press releases, help develop and pitch stories to relevant media and trade, create and execute special events designed for public outreach and media relations, research award opportunities and submissions, etc.
  • Perform comprehensive research and analysis on new and existing industry events and make recommendations to senior leadership for positioning and budget planning

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • 5+ years marketing experience within the technology or financial services space preferred
  • Superior writing and editing skills for print and web
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technology, translate to customer value and succinctly communicate that message
  • Strong attention to detail. Ability to be the final set of eyes on all external facing communication, collateral, etc.
  • Superb organizational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Experience with marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo, etc.) Familiarity with HTML and CRM (Salesforce.com, SugarCRM, NetSuite) helpful
  • Experience using Content Management Systems (Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, engagement marketing, and other content marketing tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage outsourced marketing activities (PR, creative agencies, etc.)
