Accertify is a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Express and a leading provider of fraud prevention, chargeback management, and payment gateway solutions to merchant customers spanning diverse industries worldwide. Accertify's suite of products and services help e-commerce companies grow their business by driving down the total cost of fraud, simplifying business processes, and ultimately increasing revenue.

The Product Analyst will support and drive continued improvements to the customer experience from client implementation to account management. This role is key to determining best practices, identifying opportunities to drive customer satisfaction and resolution management. This individual will work initially on the chargeback module to help deploy, document, and test features across the product. This includes defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal and external partners and clients of Accertify and the Global Product Management team and its internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Configuration of complex software integration projects utilizing company-defined standards.
  • Define and perform testing of the final partner solution or product feature to ensure a high level of quality
    • This should replace “Support UAT testing of new and existing business functions”
  • Work with partners and internal stakeholders to build and test data integrations
  • Supporting product and internal teams around feature deployment and launch
  • Development\\Coordination of internal\\external facing documentation for product features
  • Support UAT testing of new and existing business capabilities
  • Lead trainer for new chargeback product functions
  • Ensuring timely resolution of issues impacting the product and our clients
  • Input on development of a long-term product strategy/roadmap
  • Involvement in relationships with internal and external AXP business partners
  • Involvement in design engineering of features
  • Complying with AXP product-related policies
  • Leading special projects

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with software implementation, integration, and software project management
  • Ability to build and manage effective relationships with internal and external partners
  • Some level of technical background is preferred
  • Merchant Services experience or knowledge of Merchant Payment Cycle preferred
  • Proven ability to independently overcome obstacles and resolve complex problems
  • Ability to effectively collaborate/influence at all levels without having direct authority
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple, and sometimes competing, priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving, with the ability to generate actionable recommendations
  • Strong written/oral communications skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up like environment
  • Travel (approximately 10%)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or 3+ years related experience and/or training
