The best infrastructure isn’t built in a day or even a year and it’s certainly not built without a team. Here’s just some of what you’ll do:

  • Ensure maximum possible service availability and performance across Avaya Call Center Infrastructure and Carrier SIP Transport

  • Advanced Oracle SBC troubleshooting and support

  • Advanced Oracle EOM configuration and support

  • Genesys Voice SIP troubleshooting and support

  • Build and Maintain Voice Automation platforms

  • Provide value-added solutions for business, both tactically and strategically and ensure compliance to process, procedure and tools within the operations

Qualifications

Required skills:

  • Possess ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users
  • Requires understanding impact of network and voice solutions on business operations

  • Experience providing technical and operational leadership to IT professionals

  • Strong IT management, documentation, planning and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a team

  • Requires professional written and oral communication skills and problem-solving skills

  • Prefer specific technical knowledge in two or more of the following areas: Linux, Avaya, Genesys, ICM routing, Carrier Routing tools
