Responsible for managing Balance sheet Reconciliation Preparation (Report Line\\Process)
Linkages to AEFP7 Reconciliation policy
Work with technology on automation opportunities and deliver.
Overall governance of the Balance sheet accounts including supporting set up of new accounts on reconciliation platform. Collaborate with key stakeholders – Treasury operations team, internal stakeholders, Regulators and Entity Controllers
Lead with Innovation by effective use of contemporary technology & State of the Art Business Process. Identify repeatable & automatable processes
Lead and support new business & other entity related or process specific projects
Ideate and implement data-driven business insights
Continuously challenge the Status Quo and seek opportunity for process redesign
Ensure Financial Integrity at all times and proactively identifying risks
Ensure timely closure of AXP balance sheet reconciliations
Support the internal linkages in driving projects
Prepare and present analytical data initiatives and deliverables to various stakeholder with an ability to present and explain analytic output
Analyze available data repository to identify process improvements for increasing efficiency and effectiveness
