New Accounts Junior Analyst – Temporary Position

Within our New Accounts team, we are looking for 5 New Accounts Junior Analysts who will be responsible for analyzing and processing our Credit Card requests from different acquisition channels and relative to all Card products offered by American Express.


In this role you will ensure extraordinary customer service by swiftly and accurately responding to phone calls from our customers, making it easy to do business with us, while solving customer issues and celebrating their value to us. The role also involves back office tasks such as mail correspondence and cases from our external and internal customers and customer facing service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the risk of fraud to prevent the company's exposure by activating systems for the prevention of future risks

  • Provide an exceptional level of support in call handling inbound/outbound for the verification of the information necessary in order to process card applications

  • Provide support in the management and resolution of requests from internal and external customers in accordance with the procedures and company policies, taking ownership of customer queries received via email and managing correspondence received via fax/post

  • Liaise with potential prospects Bank’s or Employee’s to perform additional verification as required

  • Continuously seek out new processing opportunities that could drive automation and ultimately improve customer satisfaction


Qualifications


Requirements:

  • Good Analytical Skills With Eye For Details

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

  • Proven experience of delivering ‘above and beyond’ customer service with an understanding of the core Relationship Care principles is preferred

  • Fluent Italian knowledge and familiarity with English

  • Availability to work on shift
