GFPS Fraud Disputes & Recoveries is an essential area within the GFPS’ Process. It is a very sensitive and crucial group since pour procedures determine if a fraud claim results in our Card Member’s favor, and also seeks to deal with possible losses through analyzing and requesting recoveries with the Establishments, always within the highest quality standards and we accomplish all mandatory regulations.
We handle fraud claims for Mexico, Argentina and Spain, and we are complying with the Regulations in each market. We also handle the charge verification process through Urgent Investigation requests, received from other countries who seek to revise charges in our proprietary cards.

- Have deep analysis skills to work on fraud claims requested by our Cardholders.
- Carry out systematic and rational analysis to Review and achieve effective recoveries within fraudulent transactions.
- Be accountable of handling charge verification requests from different markets.- Have excellent communication skills – oral and written.

- Systems handling: CASW, GDM, WCC, Globestar, MNS, Genesis.- Team worker.
