Job Description:
 
This position is responsible to develop new acquisition partners with strategic planning and conduct mainly digital acquisition especially for ICS products. The candidate will also be responsible for improving the new acquired card members’ behavior and delivering against aggressive goals. To achieve the goal, result oriented, analytical / logical / strategic thinking, negotiation skill and customer-oriented mind are critical.
 
Primary responsibilities include:
 
  • Partner Development and Implementation
-Look for and negotiate with new partners and launch scalable and cost-efficient acquisition activities across both digital channels (Affiliates, Media buying, SNS, etc) and offline channels (DM, telemarketing, and insertion activity, face-to-face)
 
-Develop new partnership and launch acquisition activities with them
 
  • Acquisition Management
-Deliver on the acquisition strategy and launch the partnerships/campaigns
 
-Proactively manage and optimize budget allocation with effective ROI
 
-Effectively manage external partners to develop both effective creative and campaign plans
 
-Ensure compliance with key legal and regulatory requirements
 
-Work closely with key internal stakeholders (Same team colleagues, PLD, Brand/Communication, IM, Risk, New Accounts, Legal/Compliance, Finance, GSN, etc.) to deliver the attractive acquisition campaigns
 
  • Customer Experience
-Establish plans based on customers’ needs
 
-Provide the world’s best customer experience at the start point of card acquisition

Qualifications

  • Partner negotiation experience; 2+ years work experience
  • Digital marketing experience; 2+ years work experience specifically website, search, and affiliate preferred
  • Good understanding of consumer attitudes, online behavior and interactive technologies
  • Highly analytical and data driven, but also have a passion for creativity and forward-thinking flair
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Logical thinking skills
  • Solid understanding of card economics and financial concepts
  • Results oriented and good project management
  • Team player and excellent communication skill to work with colleague across the lines
  • Self-motivator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication in Japanese/English
