Key Responsibilities include:
  • Providing strategic, analytical and decision support on a wide range of complex business issues and initiatives
  • Acting as a central point of contact for urgent business issues, initiatives spearheaded by the General Manager and his management, and for addressing information requests. Oversee general project management and special projects, as required
  • Supporting the GM GCS U.K., Russia & CEE in preparing all communications including support for high exposure strategic business reviews/presentations to senior leaders and external audiences
  • Leading the development and execution of internal communications on behalf of the GM for key events, business updates and other deliverables, including accountability for organising Town Halls and off-site meetings
  • Managing financial and organisational updates to GCS U.K. Executive Leadership Team
  • Building a strong network across the team and with GCS business partners including Finance, HR and Marketing

Qualifications

 

Required  skills:
  • Payments industry experience within a B2B environment essential
  • B2B competitive analysis experience essential
  • A background in project management within a Business development environment essential
  • The individual must be culturally-aware and flexible to partner and work well with countries across the region
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills with proven ability to influence without authority
  • Proven analytical abilities with experience of condensing business data into clear insights for senior leadership teams – ability to dive deep into the ‘weeds’ but able to also extract & communicate results with a bird’s eye perspective
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High level of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues with complete confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presence, with experience translating complex information and requirements into clear and actionable items for presentation at the most senior level
  • Prior organisation and planning skills are essential
  • Proven financial experience and commercial acumen with experience of interpreting P&L statements essential
  • Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills is a must
  • Must hold a Batchelors degree preferably within marketing or business administration
