In this role you will ensure extraordinary customer service by swiftly and accurately responding to phone calls from our customers, making it easy to do business with us, while solving customer issues and celebrating their value to us. The role also involves back office tasks such as mail correspondence and cases from our external and internal customers and customer facing service. This role is part of a multilingual team and with an array of varied tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Do you have what takes to build a career here?

  • Customer service experience with exceptional listening and relationship building skills  
  • Ability to speak either German, Finnish, Dutch, Swedish or Norwegian.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in the languages as shown and English
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast paced metric driven environment
  • Proficient at multitasking and navigation in a Windows environment

Our roles are across various departments within our EMEA Headquarters in Central Brighton, these teams include:

 

Fraud, Merchant Services, Corporate Servicing, Credit, Global New Accounts, Customer Fulfilment Network!
