Responsibilities:

  • Implement Single Sign-On for internal apps using SAML, OIDC (OpenID/OAuth) and other AXP custom SSO solutions
  • Perform DevOps functions including incremental development and operational support for AXP SSO platforms.  This includes debug basic software components and identify code defects for remediation. Enable the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments
  • Ensure SLA bound problem management, root cause analysis and recommending solutions for all products and services of Internal Identity platform which includes but not limited to SSO, multi-factor authentication, Virtual Directory and Secrets Management
  • Lead the data driven approach to measure effectiveness of Identity Services program – this will include Splunk implementation, minor code and config changes including a real time dashboard that will measure KPIs such as volume and performance across all of the Identity Services
  • Ensure stakeholder alignments and timely leadership update to convey risks and issues

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a BS or MS degree in information technology, computer engineering, or other technical discipline
  • Proven expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation technologies such as SAML and OIDC (OpenID and Oauth)
  • 5+ years of DevOps experience, including hands on knowledge of Linux/Unix
  • General awareness of core concepts related to public cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of Information security domains, primarily, IAM (Identity and Access Management) expertise is preferred
  • Familiar with Agile or other rapid application development methods
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH are preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
