       The Travel and Lifestyle Services Group (TLS) is a global organization with a footprint that spans 24 proprietary markets.  Our mission:  “Become essential to our customers by providing differentiated products and services to help them achieve their aspirations.”  Within this organization rests our Global Customer Experience & Digital Platforms team (GCE).  We exist to enable the TLS Mission by impressing existing and new Card Members by delivering the superior travel service in the industry through a modern and interconnected experience of preferred content and state of the art Counselor capabilities.
       This role provides an opportunity to be an integral part of the GCE Project Management team with a heavy focus on driving efficiencies across the product delivery lifecycle, covering a variety of tools and capabilities. Reporting to the Sr. Manager for GCE Project Management and working with the Director, Business Strategy Execution the objective of this role is to drive a Product Awareness strategy, supporting our Product Management team in communicating roadmaps, successes, and updates at all levels of the Global TLS Organization.  They will also support our Project Management team as they manage key initiatives for the TLS organization.
       This is an excellent opportunity to manage a key communication channel for a global organization and collaborate with product and technology partners across our global footprint.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support project managers and product owners in utilizing the tools in place to track product development and delivery across partners
  • Assist project managers in the creation of documents meeting TLS PMO standards for multiple projects across global portfolio
  • Support project managers in end-to-end project delivery and coordination efforts
  • Drafts monthly reports for project managers and product managers that include project schedule, task, deliverable, and budget updates
  • Assist in managing high level issues/risks and escalate when appropriate
  • Works cross-functionally with multiple business units
  • Relationship management, including ability to develop strong working relationships with internal leaders and business partners to understand and communicate compelling value around product innovation and evolution
  • Engagement with team members across multiple markets, regions and time zones


  • 3+ years of Project Analyst and/or Project Management experience preferred 
  • BA, BS or comparable degree in business, marketing or communications
  • Experienced in synthesizing highly complex technical concepts and communicating across a broad spectrum at all levels within an organization
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to delivery flawless execution through written and visual mediums (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, product updates)
  • Excellent inter-personal skills with excellent communication, presentation and influencing/partnering skills
  • Independent self-starter, able to prioritize and delivery results in a fast moving environment
  • Previous experience collaborating with virtual teams in multiple time zones
  • Inquisitive mindset, with a passion for learning and growth
