The Global Commercial Pricng team (GCP LM/GCG) provides pricing for a range of payment, working capital, and currency solutions to help the largest corporations around the world manage almost all facets of their business spending.
The main responsibility of the GCP LM/GCG Pricing analystsenior analyst will be to support the growth and profit objectives of all US based LM clients while helping manage some of the GCG clients as they come up for rebid/analysis. This is achieved through partnerships with the Account Development teams to create pricing constructs that balance market share goals with the long term profitability of the portfolio.
A secondary responsibility will be to work with the wider GPM team to understand and opine on the new products being developed as well as help the product teams formulate strategies on how best to price and deploy these new products to our GCP LM/GCG client base. Ability to run data queries is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, think creatively about complex problems, and communicate financial and strategic issues effectively to internal and external clients.
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Strategic thinker with an ability to convert complex financials into a clear story
- Understanding of American Express’ financial systems
- Bachelors degree required (Finance or related discipline)
- Ability to run data queries is a plus
