Job Description

The Role

  • Under Market HR Manager supervision, partner with key stakeholders across business functions and Global HR Centers of Excellence in order to support effective implementation of talent and leadership development, in line with the Hong Kong strategy
  • Effectively drive key cyclical HR events and ensure data accuracy and analysis to support and elevate the business i.e. talent sharing sessions
  • Demonstrate strong project management and thought leadership, managing multiple HR projects from end-to-end.  Project management areas includes, but not limited to: upfront planning and timeline design, tracking of key milestones, early identification of risks and issues and ensuring deadlines/stakeholder expectations are managed effectively
  • Create strong and meaningful relationships across the organization to support the effective delivery of market level initiatives
  • Make collaboration essential in the delivery of best-in-class projects and practices
  • Drive innovative thinking and take calculated risks to test new ideas and elevate current practices


  •  5+ years of experience in HR management or consulting preferred
  • Proven ability to proactively engage and collectively drive results with stakeholders, and with prior experience working in a highly matrixed organization
  • Experience in managing projects independently with strong analytical, planning/organizing and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate ability to challenge the status quo and drive impact through change       
  • Possess high level of integrity and professionalism as a strong team player            
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and influential skills            
  • Strong written and communication skills in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Cantonese is an added advantage
