Human Resources Consultant

Job Description

 

  • Reporting to the Market HR Manager, you are responsible for delivering end-to-end talent initiatives and leadership development that are aligned to the organization’s strategy and market priorities 
  • Partner with key stakeholders across business functions and Centers of Expertise (COEs) to recommend and develop talent solutions integrated with internal and external data and perspectives
  • Support to facilitate market talent reviews across levels and engage leaders for sponsorship in driving outcomes
  • Demonstrate strong project management and thought leadership, managing multiple projects from end-to-end. Project management areas includes, but not limited to: upfront planning and timeline design, tracking of key milestones, early identification of risks and issues and ensuring deadlines/stakeholder expectations are managed effectively
  • Create strong and meaningful relationships, make collaboration essential in the delivery of best-in-class projects and practices
  • Drive innovative thinking and take calculated risks to test new ideas and elevate current practices 

 

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, preferably with hands-on knowledge in talent management and planning
  • Exceptional analytical skill with ability to interpret data, provide insights and recommend solutions
  • Proven ability to proactively engage and collectively drive results with stakeholders, and with prior experience working in a highly matrixed organization
  • Experience in managing multiple projects independently with strong planning/organizing and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate ability to challenge the status quo and drive impact through change leadership and management       
  • Possess high level of integrity and professionalism; highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and influential skills            
  • Strong written and communication skills in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Cantonese is an added advantage
