Sr Mgr- AP Automation, Product Management - Small Business and Middle Market

As our customers are changing the way they work and pay, we have been evolving with them by developing B2B partner-embedded and automated payment solutions so that we are seamlessly integrated into their ecosystem. The B2B Networks & Automation team is focused on building a new business model, key partnerships, value propositions, and go-to-market plans that will address all customer segments, from Small businesses to Large and Global clients, to create new opportunities for us to capture B2B spend through these ecosystem partners, such as AP Automation partners, accounting and ERP software providers.
The Sr. Manager, AP Automation Product Management will report into the Director, AP Automation Product Management and will own some of our AP Automation products targeting the Middle Market customer base. He/she will also be responsible to develop and execute on the strategy for each AP Automation partner in his/her remit to grow the customer base and increase utilization.
Core Responsibilities include:
-Own P&L for each managed AP Automation product, forecast performance and drive results with a focus on growing customer base and increasing charge volume
-Manage AP Automation products with third party partners, creating a joint product experience
-Own and manage the product roadmap and influence internal and external stakeholders to drive prioritization with a focus on delivering and industry leading customer experience
-Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and Accounts Payable processes to inform product vision and roadmap
-Drive go-to-market strategies across each product, including acquisition, engagement, and customer retention tactics
-Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Partner and Account Development teams
- Track record of delivering results in product management, marketing and/or operations role
