Function Description:
This position is within the Internal Acquisition department of Central Marketing Organization, India Business, Gurgaon. The person would be responsible for day-to day operations of Cross Functional Sales team and will have to work closely with the business teams to achieve set goals.

Purpose of the Role:
The person will lead a team of 100+ customer care professionals majorly under the below processes:
• Supplementary card processing
• Internal new accounts acquisition
• Standing Instructions

Responsibilities:
• The CFS team leader role involves managing day to day operations of the Internal Acquisition department
• The team leader will be responsible for managing a team of 100+ team members handling various processes which includes but is not limited to:
o Supplementary card processing for internal American Express customers
o New Accounts Acquisition through conversion/companion/upgrade of existing American Express customers
o Processing Standing Instructions on behalf of existing American Express customers
• Strong relationship management and team orientation; ability to lead and influence others in a cross-functional environment
• Superior communication skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast paced and highly matrix environment
• Ability to make complex prioritization trade-offs and tactical decisions using sound business judgment, analytical and reasoning skills
• Self-starter with ability to solve ambiguous/ open ended business challenges
• Ability to manage multiple and complex work streams and work across departmental boundaries and deliver a diverse set of initiatives that result in transformational outcomes
• A passion for innovation with demonstrated ability to drive capabilities innovation and resultant business growth; experience in applying existing and emerging technologies to deliver against customer goals

Critical Factors to Success:
People leadership skills to manage team of analysts to drive business outcomes
Solid understanding of data

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 4 + years of work experience in a leadership role with a bachelor’s/master’s degree is preferred
• Knowledge of credit card products offered by American Express India would be a plus
Technical:

• Strong hands on knowledge of Microsoft suite
• Experience in operating as a process owner and driving results
• Experience of managing big teams and vendors
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and execution of the same
• Experience with AmEx systems such as NASP, G*, D+ would be an added advantage
