Someone who can partner with product managers from across Digital Workplace to relentlessly improve the way they share how their products are performing and where they are going to go next. Who you are:

You want to grow as a product person, you’re ready to investigate our customers’ problems and then experiment to solve them. You’ll have a drive to understand how teams work today and the determination to improve things, bringing others with you on the journey. You’ll enjoy making sense of data and organising complex information to ensure it’s easy to understand and useful.

 

What you’ll do:

As part of the Product Excellence group within the Integrated User Experience Team, you will help define and drive best practice for our product teams, directly contributing to their mission to deliver the best possible experience for our colleagues at American Express. You’ll own both the scorecarding process, which our product teams use to report on the success of their offerings, and the release calendar, which is vital to transparency and collaboration across Digital Workplace. Beyond that you’ll have opportunities to get involved in pretty much anything which moves product thinking forward in our world.

  • The ability to talk about products and their roadmaps in a way that generates excitement, buy-in, and followership amongst customers and stakeholders.

  • Problem solving, organizational and analytical skills.

  • A balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.

  • Quick learner and driven to relentlessly improve.

  • Team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally.

  • Experience working with rapid and iterative development teams strongly desired.
