Global Acquisition PMO is looking for a quick learning, detail oriented Portfolio Analyst to join the team.


As a part of the team, you will be primarily responsible for;

  • Manage and drive our Growth strategy and related processes and documentation
  • Scheduling & facilitating on meetings across cross functional team members to keep the program moving and capture data points
  • Help address roadblocks and process improvements to programs
  • Creating newsletters, reports and presentations for Senior Leadership
  • Automation of processes and dashboard creation


Are you up for the challenge?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field or related work experience of 3+ years
  • 3 years of experience with a broad range of technical environments and business segments
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral 
  • Expert in MS Office suite specifically Excel
  • Prior AMEX tools experience is preferred
  • Prior knowledge with Clarity, JIRA,Rally, Taleo is preferred
  • Prior knowledge working with Confluence is preferred
  • Prior Scrum Master/Project management experience is a plus
