Function Description:
With a focus on digitization, innovation, and analytics, the Enterprise Digital Analytics (EDA) team creates central, scalable platforms and customer experiences to help markets across all of these priorities. Charter is to drive scale for the business, and accelerate innovation for both immediate impact as well as long-term transformation of our business. A unique aspect of EDA is the integration of diverse skills across all of its remit. EDA has a very broad range of responsibilities, resulting in a broad range of initiatives around the world.

Purpose of the Role:
Commercial Marketing Solutions team sits within the EDA organization but supports Commercial marketing teams for their marketing efforts measuremnets.
Depending on campaign, the measuremnet can vary in size and complexity.
This role is responsible for end to end post campaign measurement,
Data analysis/interpretation to develop the storyline with the insights/recommendations.
The team aims to provide best in class measurement support by focusing on:
• Marketing post campaign measurement
• Hypothesis testing, Comparing test & control results. Knowledge of statistics to get a confident read on the lift Numbers
• Creation of Key performance indicators for new & existing campaings
• Portfolio analysis, insights and reporting for small business, corp on the card & non-card side
• Analysis and insights from acquisitions data
• Creation of analytics capabilities to support above business priorities
• Measure BAU marekting treatments and compare ROI.

Past Experience:
0- 2 years of relevant experience in quantitative business analysis
Preferred: Experience in reporting & data insights & data visualization

Academic Background:
Graduate Degree in Mathematics/computer science
Functional & Technical Skills/Capabilities:
Analytics & Insights
o Python, SAS, SQL, Hive, PySpark
o Statistical Techniques
Knowledge of Platforms:
Big Data –Cornerstone
• Visual Basic Applications
• Advanced Excel
