The Proprietary Card Services (PCS) Canada Marketing Team has a dynamic, fast-paced environment and represents an exciting opportunity for career growth and development. Within PCS, the Consumer Card Acquisition Team is responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies across all products and channels to successfully target and acquire high-value card members.
Key Responsibilities:
•Drive profitable acquisition of credit cards through Paid Media channels like Social Media, Programmatic and Direct Buy channels.
•Key contact for internal and external partners for acquisition through Media channels
•Shape the acquisition roadmap for Media channel while partnering with our Media Agency
•Align with external and internal partners on business plans, ensure continued alignment through regular updates with key stakeholders
•Deliver flawless marketing campaigns end to end, from conception to implementation
•Identify new profitable opportunities as well as optimize existing campaigns through test and learns
•Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to develop and recommend strategies for channel / performance improvements
•Collaborate and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders including Product teams, Brand, Social Media, Legal, Compliance and other key stakeholders to deploy new offers and campaigns with an enterprise approach
•Develop the annual acquisition marketing strategy, responsible for forecasting as well as getting buy-in from partners and senior leaders
•Direct and oversee the marketing calendar and annual budgets.


•University degree in Marketing / Business / Commerce, or equivalent combination of education and business experience
•Minimum 1 year experience in an equivalent marketing position
•Previous Digital Marketing experience in paid Media channels (Social Media, Programmatic and or Direct Buys)
•Strong business and financial acumen with a high degree of analytical capabilities
•Excellent relationship-building skills, ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams and external partners
•Able to work well in an autonomous environment with the skillset to  juggle and prioritize concurring projects effectively
•High attention to detail, with a focus on quality
•Excellent communication skills with experience in developing and delivering presentations to other colleagues including senior management
•Knowledge of digital marketing platforms like DSPs, Facebook Business Manager, Data Management Platforms, etc. is preferred
•Proficiency in MS Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint
