Job description:

This position is responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies for American Express cards in both digital channle and offline channel.

He or she will manage as an action owner the entire marketing process in each channel( MGM or  Xsell or Direct Mail or Telema) or manage them with team members.

As the action owner, this position is very attractive because he or she can manage entire marketing process– from strategy planning, campaign planning, execution and analysis – and using a combination of digital channels and offline channels.

Especially for MGM,  the business goals are highly visible and of critical importance locally and globally, therefore the successful candidate must demonstrate the following skills: excellent communications (especially in close contact with global team members), results-driven, excellent marketing skills, analytical and logical thinking as well as a focus on the Customer.

Besides channel management, our team have tasks to create strategy for Platinum acquisition after full-open, acquisition for students market, and acquisition campaign with USJ, and so on. He or she needs flexibility and toughness in order to manage multi-tasks, and especially needs enjoy marketing with team members.

Key responsibilities:

>>Plan and execute of marketing strategies and campaigns

-Execute PDCA cycle for maximizing ROI 

-Develop new launch acquisition activities

-Lead multi tasks to successful targets with team members

-KPI manage & plan to close gap between plan & target

> Customer Experience

-Establish a best-in-class customer experience

-Work closely with key internal stakeholders (PLD, Brand/Communication, IM, Risk, New Accounts, Legal/Compliance, Finance, GSN, etc.) to deliver the attractive acquisition campaigns

- Excellent oral and written communications in Japanese/English (Must be confident in dealing with overseas team members)

- Strong communication skills at all levels within the Company

- Self-motivator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint

- Highly analytical and data-driven, but also have a passion for creativity and forward-thinking flair

- Customer oriented mind
- Logical and strategic thinking skills

-Editing experience with web page or DM in Japanese

-Knowledge of web marketing
-Knowledge of credit card industry or financial industry
