Job Description:

Function Description:
• The candidate will be required to perform Secondary review & potential duplicate review team for Global Payments & different control activities as required.
Purpose of the Role:
• The incumbent should ensure compliance with SLA and other internal guidelines of policies relating to the business area he/she is going to handle and must be control & quality conscious
• The incumbent would be required to consistently understand and exceed customer’s requirement whilst ensuring effective team work at all time. The incumbent should be able to maintain high accuracy , productivity standards & should have high willingness to learn.


Critical Factors to Success:
• The incumbent should have an eye for details with high focus on control & compliance.
• Good on multitasking & time management
• Excellent communication & analytical skills
• Knowledge of Amex system Global payment system will be preferred
Past Experience:
• Candidate should be with with minimum 1-3 years of experience
Academic Background:
• Commerce or equivalent
• Basic Accounting Knowledge
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
• Good on Multitasking and Time management
• Good communication skills
• High on flexibility
• Result focus and self driven
Technical Skills/Capabilities:
• Knowledge of MS-Excel & MS-Access
• Good on Multitasking and Time management
