  • Handle Incoming Calls Through The Channel Of Operator Switch Board 
  • Support To Merchant Servicing Team
  •  Handle Administration Works And Others Duties As Assigned

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Some Customer Service Related Logistic Knowledge
  • 1-2 Years Working Experience – Customer Service / Operator, Preferable In Hotel Business
  • Mature, Composed, Good Interpersonal / Interaction Skill
  • Good Telephone Manner And Etiquette
  • Pleasant Tone Of Voice
  • Positive Thinking And Attitude, Good Problem Solving
  • Able To Work Odd Hours/In Shift
  • Good Communication Skill Both Thai And English
  • Good PC Knowledge
