The Global Field Enablement (GFE) team is focused on elevating our training, tools and enablement platform to arm sales and account development colleagues with the right skills and tools to meet the needs of our customers and deliver on GCS business priorities. The Global Commercial Collateral team in GFE owns a global Center of Excellence that creates standard-setting collateral for the Field that supports our proprietary American Express Sales Framework.  
This role is an exciting opportunity to work on an innovative global team in a fast-paced environment. The Analyst will support the creation and maintenance of 200+ global assets across multiple products and services within the collateral library. In this critical role, the successful candidate will work with creative agency and vendor partners as well as lead our marketing operations processes. Responsibilities also include managing relationships with key stakeholders across the business including Product owners, Marketing leads, and Field champions. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the global collateral library to ensure compliance; execute on annual compliance renewals and facilitate submissions through the legal and compliance approval process
  • Support innovative client management collateral creation in partnership with team members and creative agencies
  • Work with cross functional global teams, Go-to-Market leads, and Field Champions to gain input and align on key benefits for collateral
  • Lead focus groups and consolidate feedback from the Field to inform collateral strategy, development and prioritization
  • Support team with budget management and reporting



  • 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced excel and reporting skills
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-starter who can operate autonomously and is resilient in a dynamic environment
  • Desire to make a change in a big, complex organization
  • Project management skills a plus

 Educational Requirement:

  •  Bachelor Degree, business or marketing preferred
