Job Description

This position is a senior role where the incumbent will manage our Travel agency B2B partners in South India based in Bangalore. The position will also focus on Process efficiencies through extensive collaboration with our internal and external key linkages.
This position will be responsible to manage relationships with our large B2B partners to maximize profitability.
• It will involve meeting senior management of our large B2B partners to negotiate and penetrate incremental billing opportunities in the portfolio.
•The job will involve a close working relationship with other lines of business to open new B2B categories in the airline and hotel Industry.
•The incumbent will need to do work extensively with our key Linkages to facilitate smooth processing of all transactions and a high level of customer satisfaction.
•Leveraging industry knowledge and expertise in development of growth and retention strategies for our B2B customers.

Qualifications

Knowledge of the B2B business in the Travel Industry is desirable.
•Someone with excellent communication and negotiations skills would be a good fit for our team.
•You should have 8 to 10 years of strategic relationship management and/or sales experience at dealing with senior level executives.
•Preferably be an MBA and have experience in dealing with senior level executives.
•Entrepreneurial approach to portfolio management and ability to identify opportunities and manage through sales process.
•Good Team Player with the ability to work across all Lines of business to coordinate and deliver on the objective.
