As our customers are changing the way they work and pay, we have been evolving with them by developing B2B partner-embedded and automated payment solutions so that we are seamlessly integrated into the ecosystems of customers from small businesses to global corporations. This team is focused on building a new business model, key partnerships, value propositions and go-to-market plans to bring the most relevant solutions to our customers. 


Critical to growth for the business is creating a seamless experience for suppliers to accept American Express payments through our ecosystem partners. The Analyst / Senior Analyst, Supplier Experience will support the development and improvement of existing supplier enablement processes while helping define the next generation of capabilities, both offline and digital, to support long-term growth. 

  • Execute on multi-channel supplier enablement roadmap to drive scale and increase efficiency
  • Support televendor-based supplier enablement program
  • Track program effectiveness and key results, and conduct data analyses to inform program direction
  • Collaborate closely with the sales organization to provide training and updates on supplier enablement processes
  • Synthesize insights from day-to-day sales feedback, focus groups, competitive analysis, etc. to optimize supplier enablement process and both internal & external customer experience
  • Collaborate with product development partners to raise technical issues and prioritize development needs

Qualifications

  • Passion and enthusiasm to drive results in a rapidly growing and evolving space
  • Strong work ethic, sense of accountability and attention to detail
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and flexible approach
  • Ability to analyze and understand data and present findings in a clear and meaningful way
  • Excitement around collaborating cross-functionally to drive results across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to drive to concrete recommendations through ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s degree required
