Job Description:

Function Description:
• This role is a function of seamless payment execution for Corporate Client Incentive in line with American Express policies and procedures
Purpose of the Role:
• Interact with various work groups, viz. Pricing, Account Managers, Finance and Technology to identify specific areas of focus and issues requiring leadership attention, flag any pressure points, and resolve time sensitive issues.
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing Corporate Contracts for American Express
• Profiling the financial data points in Card Incentive System
• Responsible for on time payment of Corporate Incenitve with adherance to AEMP 01.




Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical Factors to Success:
• Interact with various work groups, viz. Pricing, Account Managers, Finance and Technology to identify specific areas of focus and issues requiring leadership attention, flag any pressure points, and resolve time sensitive issues.
• Support the design and execution of a robust and sustainable model for monitoring and reporting of key measures of success for client incentives profiling.
• Collaborate with Partner Operations Governance on relevant initiatives and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with all revalent procedures and policies linked to the process. Besides the above, the position will work closely with GSM leadership and be a part of the coordination and implementation of initiatives around operational transformation, data integrity and customer priorities.
• This role may be subject to additional background verification checks
Past Experience:
• 0-2 Years in Operations, Contracts, Payment Execution
Academic Background:
• B.COM (P/H),MBA,BBA
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
• Graduate with 2+ years of work experience.
• Eye for detail, strong analytical skills and ability to comprehend complex contractual terms into financial implications for the business.
• Ability to cross link / cross reference data points to facilitate comprehensive analysis.
• Strong results orientation and flexibility to overcome obstacles, resolve process issues and interact with various stakeholders, including senior levels of the organizational hierarchy.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, and ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities.
• Strong MIS skills, including advanced proficiency with MS Excel.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions using a data driven approach, multiple variables and insights.
• Good understanding of Amex products, financial processes, systems and tools, Knowledge of Card Incentive System (Preferred)

• Oracle, Excel, Card Incentive system, Vendor Set-ups
