As a Customer Care Professional, you will be a part of the team within our Customer Fulfilment Network which develops lasting relationships with our Card Members.

 

Here's just some of what you'll do in this role:

 

  • Handle customer data maintenance and information requests received in writing or transferred by customer facing colleagues.
  • Contacting clients for missing/incomplete information.
  • Investigate and problem solve to clear discrepancies.
  • Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Who are you?

 

We are looking for new colleagues who are fluent in Dutch, French and English. For this position it is important you are able to take a professional approach to challenging situations. This challenge is particularly interesting for those who are strong in relationship building, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have great attention to detail.
