Purpose of the role:


This is a fixed-term position, based in Italy in the Compensation and Benefits Ops Team.


There are two primary functions of this role. 


The first is to manage the onboarding of class and non-class hiring in collaboration with the Recruitment Team and MHR, taking the ownership of deal with contractual documentation and onboarding procedures, seeking to streamline and automate the processes, where possible.


The second is to produce and deliver all the contractual documentation related to the colleagues working life, such as promotion, change of the working time letters, etc. in collaboration with MHR and Payroll.


Finally as part of the C&B Ops Team, role will support all C&B operational related efforts as the C&B agenda evolves, including, but not limited to meal vouchers, insurance management, flexible benefits, invoices, etc.


Principle Responsibilities:

  • Prepare contractual documentation such as offer letters, contracts of employment, promotion, change in working hours, posting letters.

  • Ensure compliance of all the personnel documentation within the regulatory framework (law, internal procedures and internal policies).

  • Deliver contract amendments and letters to employees, ensuring the proper notification to the relevant stakeholders

  • Storage relevant documentation in employee personnel folders

  • Ensure the proper update of authority portal, executing the mandatory communication activities

  • Carry out related activities to hire disable candidates in compliance with the local law

  • Partner with Market HR, Payroll and Recruitment to ensure an effective and smooth onboarding experience for the employees and hiring leaders.

Qualifications


  • Previous experience in a HR function, performing administrative tasks and duties
  • Knowledge of Italy market labor law and contractual requirements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact internally and externally
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to details
  • Computer Literate
  • Good English language, spoken and written.
