Job Description


This is a challenging and engaging role that allows the successful candidate to interact with many different areas across the business,broadening their network and finely tune existing Commercial knowledge.


The position is primarily responsible for superior enhanced Risk services to our Commercial Client and Business Travel Account base. The successful candidate will be required to undertake tasks including Credit / Risk decisioning with regard to client dunning, financial reviews and spend enablement.


Liaising and supporting our business partners with commercial products, to ensure minimal risk to the business, whilst driving customer satisfaction.

These decisions and general conduct will need to be executed with the highest levels of professionalism & service that maintains the brand whilst protecting shareholder losses.



This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.


Qualifications


Required skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; communication (verbal & written)

  • Ability to demonstrate analytical and conceptual thinking

  • Relationship management skills

  • Existing Commercial and/or credit knowledge would be an advantage

  • Knowledge of commercial systems such as Globe Star, CAS, Care and WCC would be helpful.

  • Understanding of how to review financials an advantage but not essential

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word. PowerPoint.
