The UK Lending team manages and drives growth from our Consumer Credit Card portfolio as well as developing and driving our lending capabilities for all customers. The team focuses on creating and delivering value for our existing customers, delivering strategic growth initiatives for new products and propositions as well as delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns and customer engagement.

 

This Marketing Executive role is a dynamic role in the fast growing UK Lending Portfolio team. You will have a great opportunity to work on developing and executing strategy for lending management, pricing and other portfolio actions. In this role you will manage end-to-end implementation of strategic projects, starting from defining the vision, working closely with our technology partners in setting out the requirements and supporting execution all the way through to implementation and customer strategy. It offers a unique chance to participate in the entire cycle of the projects that will directly interact with our card members and enhance their experience with our products. You will be managing our business partners across the organization in Risk, GCO, Compliance, Finance and others focusing on driving our UK lending business forward.

 

As part of this role you will also be performing portfolio analytics, looking at the data to identify trends and monitor its health.

Qualifications

  • Aptitude to learn and grow

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of individuals and teams to get things done, juggle priorities and manage deadlines.

  • A confident communicator with an analytical mind and great attention to detail

  • Innovation, creativity and thought leadership with a focus on driving results

  • Track record of successful project management and delivery

  • Exceptional data manipulation, analytical skills and financial acumen.

  • Working knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.

  • An understanding of card economics and financial concepts would be an advantage

  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills

  • Ability to work in a challenging and fast paced environment with enthusiasm.
