Senior Analyst, Delta Co-Brand Acquisition Marketing


The Consumer Marketing Services organization is responsible for marketing for all US consumer charge and credit products including acquisition of new members, deepening engagement in early tenure, loyalty marketing for tenured members and retention efforts spanning all channels. The Partnership Marketing Team within Consumer Marketing Services is focused driving growth and engagement amongst our largest cobrand partners.


The Senior Analyst, Delta Co-Brand Acquisition Marketing will be responsible for Delta Co-Brand Card Member growth through some of our largest acquisition channels, Delta Email and Direct Mail. S/he will work closely with internal cross functional partners and our co-brand partners at Delta to develop and execute against a strategic roadmap to drive new acquisition growth.

Responsibilities include:


  • Lead and drive the strategic vision for growing co-brand acquisition in Delta’s Email and Direct mail channels, informed by data and insights
  • Create and manage against an annual campaign calendar for acquiring high value Card Members
  • Manage offer strategy, segmentation, data strategy, creative testing, and customer experience enhancements via collaboration with Delta counterparts and agency partners
  • Work with the Marketing Campaign Operations Team to ensure flawless execution of all campaigns
  • Lead channel management activities including analyzing performance, tracking channel metrics and budget, and channel optimization
  • Manage cross-channel monthly performance forecasting
  • Serve as a conduit to Consumer Marketing channel leads for cross-channel campaigns, including limited time offers. 
  • Support various broad strategic projects that impact the entire Delta acquisition business

Qualifications


  • 2+ years of marketing experience required. Prior acquisition/growth marketing and/or Email and Direct Mail channel management experience a plus

  • Strong internal and external partner management skills with the ability to interact with senior leaders

  • Excellent decision making and strategic thought leadership skills.

  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and will to win.

  • Ability to drive projects from concept to implementation.

  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
