Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can also support in the capacity of Product Owner of our Integrated Workspace Management System (IWMS). This system supports our global real estate operations and is highly utilized by our real estate colleagues.

The successful candidate will develop expertise in our IWMS environment. This person will be responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions. This role also requires functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

Responsibilities:
  • Focus on building solutions and maintaining, optimizing and improving IWMS modules and systems.
  • Contribute to the business and technical blueprint
  • Conduct unit testing, contribute to integration testing, and/or be responsible for the design and delivery of end-user training.
  • Document processes related to Global Real Estate applications and updates
  • Work with business partners and technologies to develop solutions for Global Real Estate needs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with business partners, technologies, vendors and leadership
  • Act as Global Real Estate and Workplace Enablement (GREWE) advocate with vendors and technologies for applicable business partners in GREWE
  • Act as Product Owner and support all responsibilities of a Product Owner

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ work experience in similar or related role. Bachelor’s Degree a plus
  • Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management
  • Ability to communicate and translate technical needs to business partners and work with technology partners to deliver against business requirements
  • Ability to work with technology and vendors to develop process and technical solutions
  • Ability to document processes and update changes on a regular basis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives
  • Testing skills and knowledge of testing processes
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Knowledge of TRIRIGA or other real estate applications a plus
  • Strong investigative abilities with attention to details and willingness to understand American Express Global Real Estates and Workplace Experience applications
