Job Description

  • Responsible for acquisition of Corporate Card T&E and B2B Sales in alignment with the overall Market Strategy & Goals as laid out by the Channel Head & driven by Head - MM Acquisition, Karnataka
  • Achieve aggressive Commercial Card Product Sales with a dedicated focus on New Business to the Franchise via New Clients and Cross-Selling and Expansions in the base
  • Aggressive Pipeline Management ensuring the Pipeline Is Robust with Active movement and will meet the targets including accurate and timely reporting of Pipeline and Prospects in the Pipeline
  •  Need to Collaborate proactively with the leader -Head MM Acquisition, Karnataka to strengthen the sales funnel
  • Achieves Results by aggressively focussing on T&E and B2B Sales
  • Penetrating All Segments within the territory allocated
  • Adopt Best-In-Class Practices while doing T&E and B2B Sales to ensure Consistency and Quality in sync with those in other markets across the channel
  • Support Account Retention And Growth By Early Engagement and Developing Multiple Customer Relationships which lead to Cross Sells and greater than 75% Base Expansions
  • Champion the Blue Box Values, including Personal Accountability and exhibit a clear 'Will To Win’
  • Collaborate proactively with with the leader -Head MM Acquisition, Karnataka to support the Sales strategy & vision of the MMFS Channel
  • This role may be subject to additional background verification checks

Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge of the Commercial Card Business In India
  • Direct Sales Management Experience Or Strong Aptitude Towards Sales Management
  • Structured Methodology To Account Acquisition
  • Pipeline Management Experience
  • Ability To Work In A High-Performance Sales Environment
  • Ability to Build a robust T&E and B2B Sales pipeline and collaborate internally & externally with stakeholders to drive results
  • Strong Understanding Of Payments Industry, B2B Selling, Balance Sheet And Lending Business
  • Strategic And Analytical Focus
  • Ability To Collaborate and Influence Internally And Externally
  • Ability to Leverage and Deepen Relationships with all Internal Parties
  • Experience In Developing And executing successful Corporate Card Sales
  • Capacity to build best in class Sales Team through continuous improvement in Sales practices
  • Minimum 6 Years of Experience with an understanding of Payments Industry and Corporate Card selling will be an Advantage.
