- Global Payment Services is responsible to process the card member transactions globally, this job is related to Japan market, which may involve written and verbal communication with internal and external clients in Japanese language.
- It involves research and processing of card member transactions.
- The incumbent should be able to maintain high accuracy as it involves processing credit to card member's account
- This role is highly customer centric and nature of job require very high level of accountability
- The incumbent will be required to participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.
- The incumbent would be required to consistently understand and exceed customer’s requirements whilst ensuring effective team- work at all times.
- This role may be subject to additional background verification checks
- Must be a certified language expert (Japanese Language – N2).
- Proficient in speaking and writing Japanese Language.
- Strong team player with high levels of confidence, drive and motivation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
