One Amex is American Express Enterprise Development platform that provides a framework to build quality, modularized web application and services, from front end frameworks to APIs, to Data collection and processing. We are looking for talented product leaders to join our Solution Management team to help craft scalable solutions for the products and platforms supporting the enterprise. Qualifications



As a Solution Manager;
You must enjoy introducing new technology and helping colleagues and customers embrace and adopt new technology and ways of thinking about technology.
Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of OneAmex, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment. 
Coach Teams in the skills needed to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions so they can transfer deep technical skills to users who are considering or using OneAmex.
· Build deep relationships with user of the Platforms, get feedback, become a customer advocate to the platform team
You will help team members ramp up and boot strap themselves on OneAmex with a focus on OneApp (front end services) 
Be comfortable speaking, writing, presentation, and executive interaction skills
You must be able to recognize trends across teams, divisions and their customer base and aggregate and articulate those trends and observations to the One AmEx  Engineering teams and leadership.
Keep up to date with industry, competitor, Agile  methodologies and new trends, help develop Project plans for user to deploy OneAmex. 

You should have the following skills and qualifications;
4+ year’s experience within an Engineering or product development team
Experience as a product owner, software developer or scrum master
In depth knowledge of agile processes and principles
Able to build positive relationships, influence decisions and make things happen
Highly organized with a can-do attitude 
An ability to work in a deadline driven environment with a fast pace and changing needs
Bachelors degree, with Masters degree or MBA is a plus

Depending on factors such as business unit requirements, the nature of the position, cost and applicable laws, American Express may provide visa sponsorship for certain positions.
