The Telemarketing specialist will be responsible to maximize the sales results at the external telemarketing agencies as well as the internal sales teams, which covers price negotiation, team management, design and implementation of the sales scripts, training and monitoring , monthly and annual campaign planification in coordination with local and international teams, coordinate the regular audits done at the TM agencies, report and control of the sales and develop of quality assurance strategy and plans.

- Previous experience within sales teams, ideally contact centers.
Experience working under pressure with monthly sales objectives
Ability to collect, analyze and manage data effectively to drive business strategy and report results.
Conceptual thinking skills and ability to identify technical / operational solutions to achieve business effectiveness and targets.
Ability to take initiative in identifying and resolving project related issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (interpersonal, group/meeting facilitation, and executive presentations/communications).
Ability to prioritize project tasks and deliverables, utilizing data and strategic analysis to drive business results.
Sales experience and ability to negotiate with partners.
