The Program Manager will directly support the Vice President, Cyber Intelligence and Incident Response (CIIR), and will work closely and collaborate with all members of the Information Security team. The Program Manager is responsible for a broad range of activities including team communications, organization, planning, and execution of activities to help ensure the objectives of the VP and portfolio are met.  The Program Manager will be a key member of the leadership team, possessing outstanding thought leadership, strategic thinking, relationship building skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. He or she will need to have a proven record of excellence operating independently and within a high performing team environment. This individual will also serve as a thought partner in determining direction for the portfolio and business partners, in collaboration with the VP and the broader team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage special projects/ activities and directly manage certain day-to-day issues on behalf of the VP of the Cyber Intelligence and Incident Response team

  • Create comprehensive executive level presentations

  • Deliver a broad range of communications including strategy updates, Town Hall presentations and team communications

  • Manage business planning and operational processes (e.g., Leadership meetings, goal setting and scorecard metrics)

  • Drive organizational optimization and business process improvement

  • Act as a central point of contact for urgent business issues

  • Demonstrate deep technical understanding of the one or more products/platforms in order to plan, manage and execute a development roadmap and possesses a true passion for technology

  • Balance the management of day-to-day business priorities along with long-term strategic deliverables

  • Collaborate with the various constituencies across the Company in order to accomplish tasks on behalf of the VP and her leaders

  • Act as a mentor and coach for colleagues and assist them in solving business problems


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is able to provide strategic thought leadership and lead projects with limited guidance. The individual will partner with the leadership team in business planning and strategic initiatives. Additionally, the incumbent is expected to provide broad insight and thought leadership around various initiatives. The position requires flexibility and ability to effectively function in a dynamic environment, including the ability to address ad hoc projects that arise based on developing business needs with urgency while balancing other priorities.  Preference for strong, seasoned Manager level candidate for this role with superior organization, communication, decision making and planning skills.

  • The successful candidate is a strong strategic thinker who possesses the confidence and composure required to effectively communicate with senior management. Able to communicate in a succinct and professional matter

  • 3+ Years of creating Strategy, Business Plans and other senior leader presentations.

  • Outstanding leadership and relationship building skills with proven ability to influence without authority across peers and superiors and drive projects with little direction

  • High level of integrity for handling confidential information

  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, make decisions quickly and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Active listening skills, summarization skills and lateral thinking to uncover and react to emerging opportunities

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, related Engineering field or equivalent experience is preferred
