Job Description

Function Description:
ICM - Incentives management system Development and Support

Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this role is to work with the IBM ICM system to develop processes, and also to provide support to customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to customers who use the ICM system.
Develop new forms, reports, SQL Queries, and other technical tasks to enhance and maintain the current implementation of ICM.
Critical Factors to Success:
• Ability to work independently
• Self-Starter
• Knowledge of incentive processes

Qualifications

Past Experience:
• Experience with the IBM ICM system
• SQL experience required
• Database experience
• Knowledge of Amex incentive processes

Academic Background:
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
Knowledge of Incentive Processes
Data mining (ICM Databases)
Network with colleagues to resolve issues




Technical Skills/Capabilities:
• IBM ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) knowledge required
• SQL Query writing
• Database management
• Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of Platforms:
Knowledge of ROP and/or ADM not required but will be beneficial
