As a Credit Specialist, you serve as the face and voice of the American Express brand. You have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of customers helping them to find the best solution to pay their accounts. You will be responsible for building relationships with our customers (MEX), whose account payments are overdue, assisting them with their situations and solving their problems to reach a positive conclusion for both American Express and our valued clients. 
This role will involve making outbound or inbound calls to our valued customers. Credit Specialists main objective is to gain the customer's commitment for making payments on their overdue account thru negotiation, empathy and extraordinary service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service passion 
• Effective Negotiation and Problem Solving skills are a must 
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional listening , relationship and strong & structured written and verbal communication 
• Ability to work in a fast paced metric driven environment with proficient multitaski ng and navigation in a windows environment 
• This Position operates 365 days from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm , so schedule flexibility is required.
