Regulatory Reporting Delivery (RRD) is a strategic Finance solution for capturing, validating, transforming, and storing Finance and Regulatory information from various sources (sub-ledgers and financial reporting systems) and distributing that information to various processes and systems for regulatory compliance reporting.  


The Regulatory Reporting Delivery Service Management (RRD SM) team is responsible for supporting the collection, validation, and transformation of data required for regulatory reporting; maintaining the RRD platform; and providing end-to-end process coordination and support.  This team must have a holistic view of the data sources, processes, and outputs, and the ability to trouble-shoot and resolve problems related to the numerous data sources being interfaced into and within the RRD platform.


Responsibilities:           


This analyst role is responsible for ensuring the Operational Process is properly tracked, managed and monitored across the entire RRD platform inclusive of the Operational Calendar.  This role will also help in identifying the operational controls and work with the team to implement, track and monitor to ensure all the controls are working well. Additionally, this role plays a critical role in the Business Transition process for Finance and will work in documenting, analyzing, tracking, and designing post-automation regulatory reporting processes.


The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Support the creation and delivery of executive level communications and updates to RRD program stakeholders on the Operational process
  • Support the development of a project/program governance and reporting methodology to ensure transparency and collaboration. This includes building status reports, process flows, SOPs, etc.

  • Liaise with business and technology teams to drive governance, provide guidance and deliver clarity across all aspect of the program from project initiation to implementation

  • Identify, develop, test and monitor operational controls



Qualifications

  • Previous experience working closely with Technologies to deploy systems to re-engineer processes and solve complex business problems.

  • Demonstrated process mind-set, with an ability to define, map and document a business process through process flows, or other related documents
  • Previous experience working in Finance organization on the Accounting or Reporting functions is desired
  • Experience working on a globally and culturally diverse team and supporting global processes.
  • Transformational approach to process efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills with a proven track of positively collaborating, influencing and extensively coordinating with internal and external partners including senior leaders.

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, facilitation and presentation writing skills. Must be able to communicate results to stakeholders including non-finance people.

  • Ability to handle a high-pressure environment and make decisions in challenging situations.

  • Must be a self-starter with an ability to drive large scale change

  • Creative mindset; comfort working in undefined space and seizing new opportunities
