Job Description
*Overall administrative support for VP
*Management of calendar scheduling

*Arrangement of travel, meetings (internal and external) and other logistics.

*Administrative support & alignment with other support functions

*Reporting and ad-hoc requests

*Timely preparation and processing of monthly expenses.

*Handle queries/requests from VP by telephone, e-mails and other means as appropriate

- Senior Executive support or other administrative support experience

- Native level Japanese and high intermediate English (especially reading and writing.) Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Experience in working in the complex and diverse organization

- Coordinate with multiple business functions and global teams to schedule meetings and calls

- High integrity, ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.

- Self-starter with strong motivation for self-development

- Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining accuracy and quality of deliverables. 

- PC and technology (including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
