Sales implementation support

Job Description


The Support Business Solutions & Implementation has an understanding of our product and services, the regulatory requirements for on boarding of new clients and of the systems to be used.


He/She is responsible for:

  • Handling the administrative part of the implementation of new customers.

  • Guiding clients through the implementation phase

  • Providing mid-office administrative support to the corporate sales and account management team related to the management and implementation of corporate clients

  • Supporting the sales team with required information to prepare all documents for underwriting approval

  • Providing administrative support to the sales with regards to account information for account reviews with customers

  • Handling a multitude of information and different documents to prepare the customer on boarding file for set-up, including all necessary Know Your Customer documents, financial documents and documents to explain corporate structures

  • Gathering and connecting different pieces of information to create a coherent dossier

  • Explaining learnings made, whilst doing the job, to help with training for new colleagues

  • Respecting confidentiality with regards to customer DATA

Qualifications

  • possess preceding knowledge and experience of the products, services and procedures within the own domain and execute a number of well-defined tasks instructed and supervised by a manager

  • process data out of one specific sub-discipline and look for pattern and cause /effect

  • act on own initiative within well-defined guidelines and procedures and able to propose normal improvements under supervision of a manager

  • transfer own knowledge and transfer way of working in a formal and informal way

  • answer correctly and in a structured way more complex questions from customers according to set rules and procedures. Able to correctly report on data and incidents

  • treat others fair, respect confidentiality and approach others in an honest way

  • strong communication skills
