Within the GCS Marketing organisation, the International Marketing & Awareness Team is responsible for the marketing strategy to drive growth and retention across the company's largest, global customers.  This new role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and transformative division of the business.


The EMEA Marketing Executive will be part of a global team delivering on key marketing activities for our Global Corporate customers and will play a critical role in developing & delivering high-impact, scalable marketing initiatives to create insistence for and engagement with our brand and payment solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to develop new, creative ways to drive engagement and surprise and delight our customers through marketing channels.


The EMEA Marketing Executive will own aspects of the EMEA regional strategy and partner closely with other marketing teams across the region and organisation to drive multi-channel communications for this important customer base. You will also take on additional projects as needed to support the evolution & expansion of the marketing strategy.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop compelling content that drives engagement and improves overall Corporate Cardmember perception

  • Drive global consistency through collaboration within the International & US Marketing Teams

  • Manage vendor & agency relationships and provide creative direction in the design and delivery of impactful messaging

  • Manage team budget

  • Partner with Compliance teams to ensure company needs and requirements are met

  • Analyse & report results of marketing efforts

  • Deliver on tight timelines and within budget

  • Requires the ability to juggle and properly execute multiple priorities at once

  • Will be responsible for various additional GCG Marketing tasks beyond customer communications

  • Tasks may be a combination of tactical and strategic in nature.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing or Business studies or equivalent work experience

  • Demonstrated marketing experience

  • Creative thinker that can generate new ideas for the team

  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing content with proven track record of driving results

  • Organised, highly detail-oriented individual who is comfortable navigating complex processes to deliver on tight timelines

  • Strategic thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to exercise judgment and prioritisation

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, own projects from end-to-end, and lead various stakeholder groups to drive operational excellence

  • Comfortable with analysing data, with the ability to translate complex business results into insights and action

  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

  • International and domestic marketing experience preferred

  • Experience partnering with account/sales teams preferred

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office software

  • Positive attitude, flexible/adaptable to change, and sense of humor

  • Thrive in a global team environment

  • Requires occasional availability outside of normal working hours for calls
