International Currency Cards (ICC) is a UK-based proprietary card issuing business within the UK and ICC Global Consumer Services Group. Our Cardmember base primarily consists of high and ultra-high net worth individuals in over 150 countries globally. ICC offers Centurion Line products in three currencies—USD, EUR and GBP—and these are primarily distributed through private banks across EMEA.

The ICC Product Executive role is a key role within the UK & ICC, Product, Brand and Marketing team, reporting to the ICC Product Manager, and working on the ICC Charge product portfolio with a primary focus on Centurion and Platinum Charge Cards.

The Product Executive will be responsible for the successful development, implementation and ongoing delivery of product enhancements and servicing initiatives across all stages of the Cardmember lifecycle, with a core emphasis on strengthening the Cardmember journey and experience to drive organic billings and reduce Cardmember attrition. 

This role interacts at multiple levels of the organisation and with many cross-functional business partners including UK Brand and Communications team, Travel & Lifestyle Services, Global Servicing Network, Business Development, Bank Marketing, and additional counterparts in the UK, Regional and Central teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively deliver the end-to-end Cardmember engagement strategy to drive organic billings and reduce attrition 

  • Generate data driven insights and develop recommendations to enhance the product(s) and Cardmember experience  

  • Partner with Insights, TLS, GSN and Loyalty Teams on Cardmember engagement enhancements 

  • Manage the roll-out of new and/or changes to Card benefits

  • Collaborate with UK counterparts to drive synergies, efficiencies and best practise 

  • Manage customer website content (GEM) as needed

  • Updating monthly data analysis of the ICC portfolio, identifying insights and trends

  • Manage third-party suppliers 

  • Host Cardmember events

  • Own the product budget

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to build and leverage cross line of business relationships 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally 
  • Ability to identify and manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Premium product experience preferred
  • A broad understanding of card economics and the ability to interpret data preferred
  • Experience in budget management preferred 
  • Proficient in Powerpoint and Excel – vlookups and pivot tables essential
