The GCS Global Marketing team is responsible for unifying the end-to-end American Express membership experience. The team is focused on transforming our distribution engine to deliver more integrated and personalized customer experiences while driving profitable demand.
The US Dialogue Marketing team is responsible for empowering human interactions in our commercial sales ecosystem to create enduring, powerfully-backed relationships for our customers. We are focused on identifying and targeting GCS’ most valuable prospects and customers, enabling our sales teams to serve our customers, and elevating the commercial experience. Field Partnerships team within Dialogue Marketing is chartered with driving lead generation and account acquisition through establishing partnerships with key industry leaders via various frameworks across Middle and Large Market business segments. This includes working with multiple teams to access new partner opportunities for the US GCS sales teams that create pathways to attract and warm commercial prospects.
This role will support the team by helping to define strategic choices, plans, and programs to accelerate partner program growth with US SME & Large Market Segments through existing or new frameworks. The emphasis of the role will be supporting partnership relationships & strategic growth opportunities across field partnerships.The Senior Analyst will work to establish and optimize the teams’ growth strategy within all partnership opportunities in support of acquiring new commercial customers.
In this role you will:
Work with Partners (Internal & External) to develop, review, and launch strategic acquisition initiatives across various segments & industries
Support the team to drive strong performance by proactively identifying opportunity areas and understand growth challenges
- Partner with Business Development to create various marketing campaigns and drive lead optimization
Become fluent in all partner programs operational processes, data assessments, & marketing strategies
Support Business Development’s strategic initiatives.
Maintain & grow strong partner relationships
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 1-5 years work experience, with an interest in marketing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle lots of data (Advanced skills in Excel preferred)
- Strong Salesforce and PowerPoint experience (preferred)
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple initiatives and drive results
Strong attention to detail, presentation, and project management skills
Self-starter and comfortable with white space
Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on scaled improvements.
Strong work ethic, passion for high quality and responsiveness to internal and external partner
Positive attitude and a sense of humor
