Digital Marketing Coordinator
Position in charge of two of the most important lending products in Mexico market, Dynamic Installment Payment Plan and Credit Line Increases. She or he will be responsible of the fastest growing channels: The Digital Channels, cross selling efforts, as well as the marketing plan for all channels that will help to achieve channels goals.
Position requires constant follow up to reports in a daily, weekly and monthly basis, to implement activities, actions and strategies for different teams to achieve goals. Data analysis, fast learning, ability to work with uncertainty and negotiation skills are required for this position.
In charge of communication strategy for all channels, incentive sales strategy for internal and external channels. Constant follow up on each campaign to assure functionality, communication with Client Services cases and/or other possible scenarios to consider training or communication.
Sales volume is the most important Key Performance Indicators for this position, all the responsibilities listed above are the tools that will help him to meet the targets to exceed the plan. Continuous improvement, proactive, creative, fast learning, negotiation and analytical thinking is necessary to solve daily difficulties as operative, communications and technical issues.
The position will have constant communication with central teams to follow up on central or new initiatives to incremental sales and revenues.

Understanding of American Express card products, services and benefits and/or understanding of the Financial Services Industry. Proven experience in managing sales target and digital campaigns successfully, analysis and reporting skills are needed. Proven ability to independently manage multiple initiatives and coordinating efforts within across teams (internal & external partners) to drive results, collaboration and influencing skills. Ability to drive customer interest and engagement through innovation and creativity. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills required Team player with a positive attitude and ability to adjust to changing priorities Fully bilingual (Spanish/English)
